FAQ

About the clinic

Yes. All consultations at our clinic are available in both English and Japanese. Our doctors are fluent in English and can explain diagnoses, prescriptions, and procedures clearly. You do not need to bring a translator.
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including weekends, national holidays, New Year, Obon, and Golden Week. You can reach us at any time, day or night.
For online consultations and house calls, we recommend booking in advance through our contact form or by phone. For in-clinic visits, walk-ins are accepted but appointments are preferred to minimize wait times.

Payment

We accept cash (Japanese Yen), major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), electronic money (Suica, PASMO), and QR code payments (PayPay, LINE Pay). Payment is due at the time of your visit.
Fees depend on the type of service. For detailed information, please see our Online Consultation and House Call Service pages, or contact us directly.

Online consultation

Step 1: Book an appointment through our contact form or by phone.
Step 2: At your scheduled time, connect with a doctor via a secure video call.
Step 3: After the consultation, prescriptions can be sent to a nearby pharmacy or delivered to your location.
You need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, plus a stable internet connection. No special app is required — we use a standard video call link that we will send you before your appointment.
Yes. After your consultation, the doctor can issue a prescription which can be sent to a pharmacy near your location, or in some cases, delivered directly to you. Note that certain controlled medications may require an in-person visit.

House Call Service

Call us or book online. A doctor will travel to your hotel, home, Airbnb, or office within the Sapporo area. The doctor brings basic medical equipment and can provide diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions on-site. House calls are available 24/7.
We primarily cover central Sapporo (Chuo-ku, Kita-ku, Higashi-ku, Shiroishi-ku, Toyohira-ku, Nishi-ku). For locations outside these areas, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional travel fees may apply for distant locations.
Arrival times vary depending on your location and current circumstances, but on average a doctor can respond within 1–2 hours. Response times may be affected if our team is handling emergency cases or treating patients with serious conditions. We strive to provide prompt and accurate care at all hours.

Medical certificates & prescriptions

Yes. We issue medical certificates in both English and Japanese. These are commonly used for employer sick notes, airline fit-to-fly letters, and immigration purposes. Same-day turnaround is available for most requests.
In many cases, yes. Please bring your current medication (or a photo of the label/packaging) and any prescription documents you have. Our doctors can evaluate and prescribe an equivalent medication available in Japan. Note that some medications available overseas may be regulated differently in Japan.
