Being unwell while traveling or living abroad is one of the most stressful experiences anyone can face — especially when language is a barrier. You may not know where to go, whom to call, or how to explain your symptoms. I founded this clinic precisely to remove that anxiety.

At Sapporo International Clinic, every consultation is available in English and Japanese. Whether you're a tourist feeling unwell at your hotel, a business traveler who needs a quick prescription, or an expat looking for a regular family doctor — we are here for you.

Our approach is simple: we come to you. Through our online consultation service, you can see a doctor by video call from anywhere. And with our house call service, a doctor can visit you directly at your hotel, office, or home — day or night.

We also provide in-clinic visits for internal medicine, prescription refills, and medical certificates (in English and Japanese). The clinic is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including weekends, holidays, and late nights.

My goal is to ensure that no one in Sapporo ever has to suffer in silence because of a language barrier. Your health and comfort are our highest priority.
